From the Desk of Academic Director

From Learning Facts to Learning How to Think.

Education is undergoing a profound transformation.

The children entering our classrooms today will grow into adults in a world shaped by technology, artificial intelligence, global connectivity and rapidly changing careers. In such a world, knowledge remains essential—but the ability to use knowledge meaningfully becomes even more important.

This is the academic foundation on which we are building Creations Global School.

Our vision is to move beyond an education that asks children primarily to remember and reproduce, towards one that encourages them to question, investigate, connect, create and apply.

At CGS, we want learning to have a purpose.

  • A science concept should lead to curiosity.
  • A mathematical problem should develop reasoning.
  • A story should develop imagination and empathy.
  • A project should teach collaboration.
  • A presentation should build communication.
  • A challenge should develop resilience.

Our academic journey is therefore designed to evolve with the child—from joyful discovery in the foundational years, to conceptual understanding, independent thinking, deeper inquiry and future readiness in the senior years. This progression reflects the four-stage academic structure already developed for CGS.

We see teachers not merely as instructors, but as designers of learning experiences, mentors and facilitators of curiosity.

Technology will have an important place in this journey, but technology alone cannot educate a child. The strongest education combines the best of modern tools with something technology cannot replace—human connection, thoughtful mentorship, values and lived experience.

Our academic vision for Bareilly is therefore ambitious

To create learners who are academically strong, intellectually curious, articulate, adaptable and ethically grounded.

Because the ultimate measure of education is not simply what a child knows at the end of school, but what the child is capable of learning, creating and contributing thereafter.
